Hangzhou Pingye Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (joint venture, founded in 2002) is a pioneer in China's high-end grinding machine industry. Based in the Xiaoshan National Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Cluster, it deeply integrates international precision manufacturing standards with local industrialization advantages, and has been continuously focusing on precision grinding technology research and equipment manufacturing for over two decades. It always adheres to the business philosophy of "quality is built in detail, service carries the future" and focuses on enhancing the level of advanced manufacturing technology. Its products cover a range of precision surface grinding machines, including manual, program-controlled, rotary table, and CNC molding models. While establishing a comprehensive quality management system, the company has also obtained CE certification and been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise. At the same time, Pingye actively integrates global innovation resources and continuously promotes technological innovation.
In 2022, Pingye Precision implemented a strategic upgrade of its industrial machine tool, focusing on breakthroughs in large gantry grinding equipment technology. This led to the formation of three core product series: gantry guideway grinding machines (GMK series), gantry surface grinding machines (PML series), and high-precision linear guideway grinding machines (LGM series). The processing accuracy reaches the μ level (0.001mm level) for surface treatment. The machines are compatible with ▸ metal materials: gray cast iron/alloy steel components ▸ non-metallic materials: natural marble/ceramic matrix composites/optical quartz glass ▸ special applications: bases for three-coordinate measuring machines/platforms for lithography machines. The company has established a production base spanning 10,000 square meters in the Yangtze River Delta CNC Industrial Park (Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province). Its products are popular in domestic and overseas markets, earning widespread recognition in the industry.
