The screws of our grinders are all of P3 high-precision type, which is featured by low rolling friction coefficient and high transmission efficiency(above 90%). The friction coefficient f=o. 002~0.005; it can reduce the difference between friction coefficient and speed effectively and the starting torque is similar to running torque, which contributes to stable and impact-free working, little abrasion and long service life.Moreover, the gap can be adjusted by adjustment device in order to improve transmission accuracy and rigidity. In addition, transmission reversibility is designed to change the rotary motion into linear motion or vice versa,so as to improve the working accuracy and stability of the machine dramatically.

Each spindle used in our all series of grinders fitted with Japanese NSK-CP4 precise angular ball bearings to ensure that the spindle deflection is far below O.002mm. the spindle is so stable and durable that it can meet the normal use of the machine tool for more than ten years.

All our castings such as main engine seat, workbench, etc. of grinders are HI300 high-grade gray cast iron, which can meet the engineering demands of improving rigidity and quality through finite analysis and calculations, Every casting has undergone high temperature tempering and natural failure of over 6months in order to eliminate internal stress (all castings are heated to 50-570? in the furnace; maintain temperature for 5-6H,and then drop below 100'C at arate of 50'C per hour) so that the machine body can be stable and free of deformation, and become superior in terms of resistance to bending and torsion stress to ensure the long-term working accuracy of the grinder.

Our grinding machines are all fitted with fully manual scraping process of hard track. All workers have the working experience of over 10 years. The precision reference point of the scraping parts is controlled within 10-12points per cm2. The guide rail surface is fitted with imported high-quality Teflon to enhance abrasion resistance and reduce damping coefficient, so as to ensure enough grinding accuracy for machine running.

The electromagnetic chuck pedestal of our grinding machine is fitted with steel plate milling cavity technology and full copper coil, which has stronger magnetic force (16kg/cm2 at maximum) and smaller size, in comparison to cast steel pedestal. The magnetic force, which is even lydistributed and adjustable, is applicable to machining processing and fine processing with different strengths. It can work for more than 20 hours a day continuously and without a failure and has been designed with automatic auxiliary positioning function so that work piece can be clamped or released in0.3s,enhancing production efficiency dramatically.
