Conditioned stainless steel cut wire shot has a bright surface.It is used for shot blasting,strengthening and fuzzing of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum alloy,zinc alloy and stainless steel products.The treated workpiece with a smooth and rust-free surface that highlights the metallic luster.
In producing our aluminium cut wire to be inert, we already meet the increasing demands of the aluminium casting and forging industries. Further advantages of this homogenous cut wire are the protection of the blasting equipment, economic efficiency and compliance with low roughness requirements. Deburring of magnesium castings is also possible with this material.
It is mainly used for deburring and cleaning all kinds of aluminium alloy and zinc die casting products. The specific gravity is close to that of steel, and the hardness is low, so it can not only remove large burrs without abrading the surface of the product, but also form an anticorrosive and antirust layer on the surface of the metal. In addition, unlike aluminium abrasives, the ignition point of the dust is extremely low, making it safe. It also has a significant whitening effect on the surface of the workpiece.
The product can be applied to all shot blasting and shot peening fields.Approved by industrial users,it has the characteristics of long life and high efficiency,and can significantly reduce the cost of shot blasting/peening which is the ideal choice of shot blasting media to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
